Bombay Toast    Bombay Toast  Bombay Toast is a popular street food. It is a toasted sandwich that is stuffedwith spiced mashed potato and vegetables.  There are several variations of the dish, I am sharing one that I have eaten and kids have loved. Bombay toast is one of the easiest and quick breakfast recipe for toast recipes, especially for vegetarians. the toast has a very similar texture and colour to the traditional bread omelette and even the preparation is very similar. It can be served for morning breakfast or quick evening snack.  Apart from breakfast and snack, it can also be packed for lunchbox for your children or adults. Usually it is eaten without any side dish like we eat sandwiches but it tastes great with sauce or chutney and a hot cup of masala chai.  You can increase or decrease the spiciness according to your taste.  For  6-8 Slices of any bread  Ingredients for potatoes  2 large boiled and cooled Potatoes  1 tsp salt 1 tsp garam masala  1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 g
